I've never used Paypal, is it safe?
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us (the merchant). Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. The information practices of PayPal, Inc. have been reviewed and meet the standards of the Better Business Bureau's BBBOnline Privacy Program.
Do you take phone orders?
We do take phone orders, if you do not feel comfortable making online purchases. In this case, we will need your credit card info, billing info, etc. Email us for details and for contact information.

How will my order be shipped?
Packages are sent via USPS.
Can my order be rushed?
Contact us if you'd like shipment options for rushed delivery. We will accommodate you whenever possible.
Can my order be tracked?
Absolutely! Make a note requesting tracking at the time of your purchase. In such case, contact us if your order has not been delivered within: 2 weeks for orders inside the US / 3 weeks for international orders. Your order will be trackable by doing a Google Search, using the package's tracking number.

Why was I charged a customs fee when my order was delivered?
There may be customs duties/fees for orders shipped Internationally. There is truly no way around it. We are unable to ship your order as a "gift."
Why was I charged tax?
By law, certain states require a sales tax charge.

What kind of apparel do you print on?
We print our designs on graments that offer comfort, soft feel, and quality cut. Some of our shirts are printed on "fitted-cut" t-shirts for better look and feel.
Do you have any washing Instruction or Care Tips?
Some of our apparel is pre-shrunk, others are not. It is recommended that you wash colors separately from whites. And NEVER use an iron on the design print. Always refer to the garment's tag for the best care tips and instruction.

Who is Freddy, and why shouldn't I dance with him?
Freddy is this guy we know from around the way. We used to be cool with him, but then we started noticing things about him. . . First of all, Freddy owes us some money and doesn't seem too interested in paying us back. Another thing about Freddy that really bugs us is that he always dances with the cutest girls! As if they were only there for him to dance with. But, what may be the worst thing about Freddy is that you'll see him out any given night, right? He'll go to the bar and buy himself a refreshing drink. But he will never buy one for you, no matter how thirsty you may be. So, take our advice: Don't Dance with Freddy- he is the worst!
